Some vertexes explode. See included picture where gargoyle is all yellow(DS default) because I don't yet have texture for it. And no, I have no idea(yet) why half of it is shadowed. To fix this I've done rigging several times from start to finish and tried different methods. No matter what I do, it goes Kaboom. My head is about to do the same. So for now I'm stuck and am currently requesting techinal help from some pros. Good news is that I have tweaked polycount down on both character types and I may be able to optimize a bit more still. Hello folks. This weeks work didn't go too well. I'm having serious trouble exporting stuff to DS-engine. A model that is rigged and works well in SiegeMax(GMax) goes all bugfuck when exported.. same thing when doing animation preview in SiegeMax, which is where and only where I have so far tested this.
